3LA was formed to quench the complexity of technology so it would resonate with the basic desires of consumers. We are a collective of experienced consultants who have worked together for many years.

Challenges have ranged from, “help us reinvent our business proposition” to addressing more granular issues like “create more demand." Our array of talent and the technological backbone of our business make us a capable, responsive and reliable partner.

To simplify the task of scoping problems and writing proposals, we completely embraced Generative Artificial Intelligence. In our discovery phase, we use dynamic forms and diagnostic tools plundered from psychology (Reflective Listening and CBT) to reduce time and cost. The findings are then brought together and partially interpreted by our automated systems which harness the phenomenal power of LLMs for the specific needs of consulting.

As we build out more functionality and analyse more results, the notion of automating human consultants has become completely feasible. The potential significance of this work is massive. Meanwhile, the range and scope of these automated advisory and recommendation resources grows every day and is fast becoming the focus of our business.
